We can't stop listening to Two Door Cinema Club be it on ipod, in the car, at the gym, or here at Established Man towers and with no festival fun looming despite some fine antics at Somerset House music last week what with The XX and Florence + The Machine they are keeping our summer souls in full swing.

Re-Establishment
It's been an awfully long time since The Established Man whipped up some new post antics. The main reason being a temporary shutdown due to a much needed sojourn in foreign climes. Like Michael Palin on acid we've been globetrotting as much as budgets, and blags, will allow. Thanks for the Club Class tickets BA!!!! Three months in India got us hooked on being eternal nomads, who needs a VW camper van and the like when a Muji weekend bag from the its nineties inception will do and nada else!
Then it was onto St. Tropez where the facelifts have only got all the more feline-esque and despite the fact that Uncle Karl; that's Lagerfeld dahhhhhling to us meer mortals, was holding court with the Chanel resort show the day we landed. It's still enjoyed at best during out of season, consider going over the next few weeks and you face traffic jams worse than the opening of a new Ikea and beaches filled with floatillas reminiscent to a block of flats on Brighton seafront only in the water..these Russian bijillionaires are only getting richer after all.
Away from St. Tropez it was off to NY for some pre-heatwave June action and as per usual the place continues to trump London on every card laid down, expect some tipoffs of new haunts to come.
In the meantime Summer has arrived in London town, for how long is anyone's guess, but enjoy while it lasts. The Arabs have landed, Knightsbridge is awash with Arabic numberplated Ferraris and other petrol guzzling monsters bemusing both us locals and the traffic gestapo; Mount Street is doing a brisk trade too as the ladies lunch and shop like no tomorrow, well if the back garden is an oil field why bloody not!
Now that we're back, broke and grounded expect the reestablishment of The Established Man!
